The expansion of AIESEC into Jordan was envisioned by AIESEC International in 2005.  This became a reality in 2006, with the support from AIESEC Netherlands and the efforts of 100 Jordanian students who started the early stages of the expansion.  Since then, AIESEC Jordan has changed the lives of 200 foreign students and graduates from 26 differet countries.  Soon after its establishment, AIESEC Jordan expanded to 2 local chapters: in the University of Jordan in Amman and the Yarmouk University in Irbid. 

Currently, AIESEC Jordan exists in 5 Jordanian universities:
